Are you an experienced HR Business Partner with extensive exposure working across small/medium sized insurance firms? Are you looking for an opportunity to deliver a full cycle general HR offering as an HR Business Partner to an international client group? If so I could have the right opportunity as I have taken on an exciting global HRBP position supporting a client group of circa 350 employees in a bespoke insurance business.
Reporting into the Head of HR this will support business lines across insurance, reinsurance and specialty insurance. Globally they operate in the UK, EMEA, Americas and Australia with high growth having happened over the last 2 years and plans to continue expanding both organically and through acquisition. The role will handle a number of strategic projects across L&D, building out training and succession plans, driving the leadership development and working closely with senior leadership.
Ideally you will be passionate about delivering a hands on business partnering service for your clients, enjoy the day to day challenge of difficult stakeholders but also a strong fundamental grounding as a generalist. There is a junior HR Advisor available for support and this role could play a part in the development of this individual in the team. Whilst initially 6 months there is the likelihood this could go longer as growth plans dictate.
