This financial services company is looking to hire an HR Business Partner to head up its HR function in their Bristol office and reporting to the Group Head of HR.
The role is responsible for leading the HR function in Bristol while being part of a wider UK and Global HR community. It is a generalist position that will require both strategic and operational input across a broad range of HR activities, involvement in developing and delivering key projects and programmes, and delivering the HR plan and supporting the business functions through people & culture initiatives and aligned to company strategies and values. This will include areas such as recruitment, employee relations, performance and succession planning, talent development and annual reviews.
Ideally your experience will have been gained within Financial Services, you will be familiar with the relevant legislative and regulatory requirements (FCA, SM&CR etc), and within a broad HR Business Partner or HR Manager position. With proven experience of change management and the delivery of HR projects, you will be able to develop relationships at all levels and possess strong communication skills. This role is likely to involve travel to London on either a weekly or bi-weekly basis for a day.
