My client is an innovative grouping of post 16 education and training institutions across London who deliver exceptional education to their students and business clients. They are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner to join at a very exciting time for the HR team and to be a integral part of developing the HRBP model within the business.
Supported by an ER Advisor, the HR Business Partner will successfully deliver an outstanding service to Employees and Management Teams within their designated business areas. Your client group will be between 500-600 employees covering education settings and corporate services.
As HR Business Partner you will effectively coach, influence and use their analytical skills to provide clear advice and guidance on all HR related matters and activities, gaining trust and confidence, in order to effectively influence and support Managers to develop their individual skills and capabilities, enabling them to meet their operational strategic aims and objectives.
As HR Business Partner you will ensure that the approach to the service delivery is consistent, whilst recognizing the uniqueness of the individual Colleges and Service areas within the organisation. You will be proactive, willing to drive improvements and challenge behaviours. Acting as employee champions and change agents you will anticipate development needs and working in partnership with Managers and colleagues within the wider HR Team to provide evidenced based solutions and a collaborative approach.
To ne successful in this role you will be resilient, flexible and able to adapt to a changing environment. After the recent successful merger you will need to be astute to potential contract changes and employees that have been TUPE'd across. This is a fast paced role that will require you to manage your business as usual HR alongside supporting and being an advocate for the development of the Business Partner model and actively working strategically with your client group. You will have worked in a complex organisation with multiple sites and have a strong grounding in Employee relations and change management. Experience in education settings is not essential, this role would suit someone who is currently a HRBP or ready for the next step up! You will have the opportunity to embed a HRBP model and really develop with a successful growing business.
