A leading UK investment management firm with a strong heritage are looking to recruit a HR Business Partner for their Financial Planning client group. The HR Business Partner role is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management within designated business areas.
The HR Business Partner role will be based in London and serves as a consultant to management of HR related issues. The successful HR Business Partner will act as an employee champion and change agent. The role will formulate partnerships across the HR function to deliver value-add service to management and employee that reflects the business objectives of the organisation.
Partnering with the business you will apply your HR expertise and commercial understanding to deliver and partner with the business leadership. The ideal candidate will have demonstrable HR Business Partnering experience within Financial Services. You will need the ability manage high volumes or work and have an excellent understanding of HR processes.
Experience of the Senior Managers Regime (SMCR) would also be highly desirable.
