I am working on an HR Business Partner role with a global consultancy/recruitment business and they are seeking an HRBP to join the organisation. This FTC will run until at least February 2020. If you are seeking a fast paced, engaging and hands on role with a hands on and engaging stakeholder group this is a great opportunity. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast and ad-hoc manner, operate in a business where everything isn't black and white in relation to process whilst also immediately building rapport with Global Partners.
With a number of brands within the organisation supporting various recruitment sectors, the role reports into the HR Director and will assist with supporting the needs of over 300 global employees. With circa 12 offices across 3 continents this client base is diverse with the largest pool of employees headquartered in London. The day to day role will drive performance management, employee relations, guidance across the full employee life cycle and working alongside the internal recruitment team.
This is an urgent requirement so somebody available either on very short or no notice is essential. The HR Director works 4 days a week, so for that one day you will become the face of HR globally and ideally manage the HR Coordinator from a mentoring capacity. Essentially we are seeking a low-ego and hands on operational BP with the ability to also handle strategic initiatives alongside the Director.
