Our client is in the Luxury Retail industry and comes across as one of the most celebrated and sought-after brands globally. With the increasing affluence within Asia Pacific and to remain competitive, they have undergone structural and systems transformation. Right now, they are looking for a HR Business Partner to join them for an 18 months stint.

Job Description

Reporting into the Head of HR, you will be responsible for both the end to end operational HR and business partnering aspects. One of the key focuses would be recruitment where you will oversee corporate hiring. Also, ensuring that service excellence is upheld and to work closely with the business to identify key talent/retention issues. Additionally, you will roped in on several projects which will be pivotal in the system transformation exercise to Workday and to also look at the redeployment of the workforce into the new structure.

The Successful Applicant

You should possess approximately 7-10 years of HRBP/Generalist experience in Retail, FMCG and/or Hospitality industry, equipped with a degree in Human Resources or its equivalence. The successful incumbent should be a strong business partner who is able to build trust and influence decision making. Additionally, someone who has change/project management experience would be highly ideal given the pace and change the organization is currently undergoing.

This is an 18 month contract and the possibility of conversion/extension is yet unknown. However, there might be other positions internally which might pop up with the new reorganized structure moving forward.
