We are currently working with a global technology business to hire a strategic HR Business Partner to join the Central London based team and focus on organisational effectiveness and the driving of people strategy. The role will partner with global leadership and be part of a growing HR function.
The HR Business Partner will collaborate with the global people team and wider leadership across the organisation to develop and drive culture and people engagement, workforce planning, executive hiring, organisation health, organisational capability, reward, EVP and diversity and inclusion. They will also appreciate the importance of people data and using a variety of sources to identify trends, patterns and areas of opportunity to partner with the centres of excellent and develop new initiatives.
To be successful in this role it will be important to be skilled in developing strong relationships at a senior level and be a focused and delivery focused individual. Excellent communication and influencing skills are key, as is the ability to operate in a growing organisation and developing global HR structure. Experience in a global matrix organisation will be highly advantageous.
