If you are a true HR Generalist and love working with a down to earth and matrixed HR team then this role could be for you. With a truly diverse cultural business model spread across EMEA and a mixture of strategic and operational HR leaders the organisation is bringing in a newly created role on a 12 month FTC. The role has sprung out of headcount need and will be supporting an insurance business line.
With a driven and inquisitive leadership team, my client requires somebody used to operating at speed and with a commercial mindset. The role will report into HR but have a dotted line/relationship with the business leaders within the Business Unit, therefore someone with experience managing these complex stakeholders and aligning HR with commercial strategy will be key.
Reporting into a Head of/Senior HRBP the roles are predominantly operational HR, but work alongside large CoE's in Reward, ER, Recruitment and Mobility. A background in large matrixed environments is integral but doesn't need to be in insurance, so if you are looking for a generalist BP role in a fast paced and complex business this could be right for you.
Handling talent management, succession planning, employee engagement and many other areas of the HR cycle this will need somebody who can hit the ground running and make an impact from day one.
