They are recruiting for a HR Business Partner to join their HR team and support the continued growth of the organisation.
As HR Business Partner you will be responsible for managing the delivery of a professional HR service to a range of senior managers up to Director level across the organisation. Working closely with key stakeholders across the South of London you will support them to obtain the highest level of service across their workforce. You will be the lead on people management matters for your client groups whilst championing a high-performance culture. Working strategically, you will be a solution focused business partner able to work across diverse cultural workforces challenging the norm whilst managing all people matters.
Within this role you will have the opportunity and scope to work on projects such as digital transformation, diversity and inclusion, performance management and working with the Head of HR on people strategy, HR best practise and employee relations. As critical friend to your client group you will coach and advice your stakeholder all HR policy and procedures thus ensuring your client group works to achieve its objectives and goals. Line managing a HR Advisor you will continue to support their development and collectively being a role model for the HR team.
To be successful in this role you will be an experienced HR generalist able to manage a changing and fast paced environment with flexibility. You will have good knowledge of UK employment legislation and will have managed complex employee relations cases. You will be able to demonstrate the ability to work with stakeholders at senior level motivating and coaching them to continue the high level of service the offer. This role will offer exposure to project work and a real strategic business partnering, it offers a good platform for a senior HR Advisor or Junior HR Business Partner to step up a level or a HR Business Partner ready to get stuck in to a successful and growing organisation going into its next stages of development.
