Join this medical research institute as a HR Business Partner where you will provide HR advice, coaching and service delivery to managers. As part of the People and Culture Department, you will be responsible managing a portfolio of internal client groups, providing advice and support on people matters and developing solutions that are aligned to organisational objectives. In this role you will provide coaching and advice to managers with regards to people management practices including recruitment & selection, workforce planning, conditions of employment, conflict management and other people policies and practices.
You will have the ability to develop and maintain strong partnerships with managers and team members, as well as having excellent communication and coaching skills.
This is a three year maximum term contract based in the inner suburbs of Melbourne.
