We are delighted to work with a prestigious law firm in Manchester to recruit an HR Business Partner on a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract to support both the Fee Earners and Business Services.
As an HR Business Partner you will become part of a hugely successful UK HR team and be responsible for supporting employees across the UK. You will undertake a generalist HR business partnering role and have responsibility for providing business focused and best practice HR support to various functions. Projects coming up including restructuring, salary bench marking and setting the people agenda.
In order to be successful in your application you will need to demonstrate true HR Business Partnering experience gained within a legal (preferred) or professional services organisation. You will have partnered with fee earners and corporate functions providing comprehensive support across employee relations, succession planning, business restructuring, people development and stakeholder support. You need to be confident, credible and have the ability to influence both internally and externally.
Although this is initially a 12 Month Fixed Term Contract, opportunities to remain within the organisation may transpire over the course of the contract.
