I'm delighted to work with a market leading international financial services organisation to recruit an HR Business Partner in Manchester. This is a 12 Month Contract covering Maternity Leave. You will become part of a collaborative, experienced network of HR Business Partners providing a consultative support to aligned business areas.
As the HR Business Partner for a client group of c.200, you will work closely with the managers and leaders to understand their business objectives, challenges, opportunities, and risks, and to plan, implement and/or facilitate HR initiatives and interventions to drive key areas such as performance management, succession planning, employee engagement, increasing capability and retention. You will also play a key part in coaching, developing, and supporting line management to develop their people management capability, advising on complex people issues. You may also be involved in company wide projects involving organisation design and restructuring.
The successful candidate will preferably have worked in an HR Business Partnering capacity within a Financial or Professional Services company. With extensive experience of acting as a true Business Partner and as a trusted advisor, your experience will include driving capability and performance, organisation design and development, and managing change programmes. Commercially aware, you will have strong communication and influencing skills and be able to liaise effectively and build relationships at all levels.
