Our client located in Boston, MA area is looking for a Human Resources Business Partner for an exciting role managing the performance improvement process for the company. You will be taking an active role in working with the stakeholders across company monitoring performance review process for assigned function, collecting and assessing salary data, and working with stakeholders to implement necessary changes. Your track record will have a demonstrated ability to operate in an environment with ambiguity and change; adapting to and being a champion for positive change. You have experience leveraging strong business acumen and analytic capability to integrate HR and business strategies. In your previous roles, you have uncovered issues & root causes and apply business focused solutions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of at least 7 years in human resources with business partner responsibilities and proven success with employee relations.
