I am delighted to be partnering with a global, innovative digital/tech consultancy on their search for a HR Business Partner.
Reporting into the HR Director, you will be a key partner to the Leadership Team, implementing HR strategy, policies and initiatives to your UK client group. This is a strategic HR Business Partnering role but you will need to roll your sleeves up and take a hands on approach.
This is a growing organisation, so you will be heavily involved in culture and engagement initiatives, and will also look to drive efficiencies across the UK population. In the role you'll coach senior executives and managers in people processes including succession and performance as well as driving new cultural initiatives.
The business are looking for a HR professional with a strong operational background, but is now operating as a Strategic Business Partner. In order to be successful in this role you'll be comfortable dealing with change and working in a fast paced environment. You'll be confident working with a smart, ambitious client group and will be able to use data to influence your decisions. You'll also need to have really strong senior stakeholder management experience.
Although this is a large global business, the company has a dynamic 'start up' feel and a very collaborative culture. The successful candidate will ideally come from a technology or consulting background, but will very happily consider candidates who have experience working in large, global organisations.
