I am currently working on a number of exciting HR Business Partner opportunities with a global blue chip business based in Central London.
This global matrix organisation is currently going through an exciting period of change. As such, they are looking for talented HR Business Partners to join the team to support during the transformation.
In this role you will be responsible for working on solutions to implement the People strategy across your business unit, supporting on employee engagement initiatives, deliver across a range of HR practices including workforce planning, performance, organisational design and development, talent and leadership and ER.
In order to be successful in this role you will already be operating in a HRBP capacity, whether that is in a large complex organisation such as this, or a smaller organisation. You'll be a commercial thinker who can build strong relationships with senior stakeholders. You'll be customer focused and will be able to handle complex situations with confidence. It would also be really beneficial to have had prior experience in change management.
