HR Business Data Specialist

My client is a fast paced and dynamic market leader based in Birmingham that is looking to hire an HR Data Specialist with responsibility for managing HR data globally and ensuring that robust governance and controls are in place.

Sitting within a large Corporate HR Function, this position is accountable for creating and maintaining data structures, quality and integrations within the context of a large Global HR Transformation programme as the business migrates and integrates a new HR System. As such you will work as part of an overall Global HR Transformation programme and team, developing the data strategy and plans and ensuring best practice data management and leading edge data technologies and tools. Key to this success will be the ability to drive the programme through a large matrix team within HR, Technology and Vendors. The emphasis on this position is very much around defining and developing the data strategy (set the standards and controls, ensuring data integrity and governance) through this transformation and engaging and driving this through the business with key stakeholders on board.

With a passion for HR Technology and HR data, you will have ideally worked within a large global organisation and complex matrix team across a diverse set of stakeholders. With a strong understanding of HR processes, systems and data, experience of working on global transformations and an understanding of SAP SuccessFactors, or another HR SaaS solution would be highly desirable. This role is very much business facing, you must be comfortable managing stakeholders both internal and external.
