Are you a German Speaking HR Asssistant looking for a new role? My client a retail brand are looking to hire a HR Assistant who speaks fluent German on 4 month interim contract.
Duties will include but aren't limited too:
- Review, assign and scan all documentation received from Munich Office for archive
- Create and issue offer and new joiner packs, and employment agreements
- Produce employee change documentation and process via Workday
- Produce reference letters and income support requests (Germany)
- Process monthly benefits enrolment
- Support with market HR mailboxes - triage and query response
- Provide support for ER activities, supporting manager and HR Business Partner
- Provide market cover during vacation leave with the support of the Senior HR Manager and team
To carry out this role you must have HR experience and speak Fluent German and English.
