About the role
This company has an excellent market reputation, we know them well and have been working with them for years. My client has a requirement for a capable and experienced HR Assistant / Administrator to join the team on a contract basis and start immediately. This person must come with end-to-end experience of HR Administration including; MOM related activity, data inputting, systems management, contract production, processing of forms and HR reporting.
The successful candidate
The ideal candidate will be able to hit the ground running with great end-to-end experience of the employee lifecycle and local employment regulations. This role will ensure HR processes are undertaken effectively and takes a continuous improvement approach, refreshing processes and policies where needed. This person will enjoy working within a close-knit team and come with great enthusiasm and a positive attitude!
