A great HR Assistant job opportunity has just come about with one of Europe's leading professional services firms who partner with, and provide specialist expertise to, a wide range of clients.


In this role you will be reporting to the HR Director and you will be assisting with all aspects of recruitment including providing job descriptions, organising interviews and administration selection tests. Along with this you will also be assisting with new joiner administration, and ensuring that probation reviews and appraisals are performed at the appropriate times. Your level of IT knowledge will be able to aid in maintaining appraisal records using spreadsheets and bringing to attention any issues that may arise.

You will also be responsible for keeping up with the data held on the HR database as well as on other systems. You will also be required to provide data for surveys including salary surveys. The team will need you to run reports and present the data in a way that is easily accessible as well as user friendly. This will also involve assisting in the compilation of quarterly HR reports along with reports for the management team. The team will need you to assist with ad hoc requests including sickness, leave, policies and terms and conditions

Your strong educational background and prior experience in HR will be of an advantage to the client, along with your written and researching skills. You will need to be proactive and flexible around changes according to the business needs.

During your time you will have the opportunity to build upon your knowledge of the firms HR procedures. The Salary on offer is between £25,000 - £30,000 dependent on the experience you are able to bring to this role. Along with this you are also entitled to a number of benefits; this includes 25 days holiday per year, plus public and bank holidays. You will also be able to contribute to the pensions scheme.
