Our established global financial services client is looking for a new HR Assistant / Administrator to support a busy and friendly team. Acting as an individual contributor and partnering with the HR team and providing administrative assistance across HR and recruitment.
The ideal candidate will be capable, organized and 'already come with' excellent exposure to HR administration including, Employment Passes, HR letters, interview scheduling, onboarding, and providing support to the team as and when required. Reporting directly to the Head of HR in a very collaborative environment.
Our client is a global financial services firm with a base in Singapore. The team is professional, friendly that will make you feel welcomed and valued.
Essential: Previous HR administration experience including Employment Pass administration.
