Looking to expand your HR knowledge and would like to work for an innovate tech start-up? I am currently searching for an HR Assistant to join a great team based in their London HQ.

My client is looking for an HR Assistant to work as part of this close-knit generalist team, supporting with all people related activities across their three main UK sites. With a strong agenda set for the HR team this year, they are focused around providing a professional and excellent HR service to the wider business.

With around 150 employees across the business, including three UK locations as well as Europe, you will work closely with the HR Manager and be responsible for supporting with all generalist activities.

Acting as the main point of contact for HR across the business, the team will come to you for all HR queries whether it be employee relations advice, payroll or other matters. You will assist with employee relations, helping to implement a new performance management process as well as assisting with cases as and when they arise. Working closely with the line managers you will support with the recruitment process, looking at how they attract the best talent, coordinating interviews and managing all associated administration including offer letters and contracts. Payroll for the business is managed by an external vendor, however you will be responsible for ensuring information is inputted correctly and signing off any changes associated with the monthly payroll.

As well as the above, you will act as a positive ambassador for the HR function, increasing awareness across the business and adding value where possible.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within an HR related role and be competent with using excel and other MS software such as Word and Outlook. The company is currently in the early stages of its journey so being able to adapt to a changing work environment and remaining flexible to business needs is essential.
