An investment management firm with a well established HR function is seeking to hire the latest addition to their great team in an assistant capacity. Employee wellbeing and satisfaction is a defining feature of the firm's commitment to its staff and the human resources team are at the forefront of delivering that. The business operate internationally, manages over $20billion of assets and has offices in the UK, continental Europe and east Asia.
You will support the HR Manager in running an effective and client-facing service. Your role will see you act as a first point of contact for staff, help with on-boarding and induction processes, collaborate with other areas within the HR team and support ad-hoc HR projects when and as required.
