This HR Assistant will work within a high-energy and engaged business and provide a proactive and hands on service to HR and an employee driven business. They operate at the forefront of the legal industry, and their deals and cases often make headline business news. The APAC HR team are highly collegiate and collaborative. Your onwards career could be global, local or regional.

This is a global firm that is very passionate about its people and HR are highly regarded and seen as an 'enabler' and are not process and policy driven - so you will need to be prepared to think outside the box, develop best practice and drive an innovative HR team. As such your role will be to network closely with your population to identify opportunities to further offer support and ensure employee welfare and engagement needs are met and act as a key support for people initiatives that are being led by HR.

Reporting to the Head of HR, this person will work alongside the wider HR team in providing support to all personnel in the office. This supports covers all aspects of human resources ensuring the smooth operation of daily administration work, which includes on-boarding/off-boarding, annual leave records, medical insurance etc. This role will also require help in setting up interviews, ensuring invoices are also followed-up with for the events/projects side.

Essential: At least 1 year experience in HR, covering the full spectrum. The right attitude is also important. You will be engaging, a fast-learner, an outside the box thinker and come with potential to progress. The individual will need to be confident and approachable in style.
