I am currently working with a leading publishing group who are looking for a HR and Training Assistant to join their ambitious and evolving team. Owned by one of the world's largest trade and educational publishers, this is a truly global organisation - offices are located across the world, including Australia, New Zealand, India, Singapore and the Caribbean, as well as across the UK. You will be given the opportunity to work closely with the HR team, not only playing a central role in supporting the business, but also allowing you to develop your HR skills. In particular, you will be a key part of the Training and Development team, coordinating with both employees and training providers. You will also be involved in the new-starter process, creating new starter packs, acting as a point of contact for internal and external queries and also managing employee details and documentation.
