This Operations Advisor role has been created to support a growing business. You will be fully in charge of office management, building maintenance as well as supporting the HR team on employee development and employee relations.
You will be overseeing the needs of the Singapore office with a population of 150 pax. You will be the go-to person for office move and renovation, procurement of office equipment and furniture. You will also be responsible for HR matters for a business unit with a headcount of 40, managing employee's performance, disciplinary, and grievance procedures.
