I am supporting a growing manufacturing and design brand in central London, in their search for an HR Advisor. This is a permanent role, paying between £32,000 and £38,000.
Working alongside the HR Director and Financial Director, you will be the first point of contact for 40 employees. This will allow you to build key relationships with employees and take on a proactive approach to your role.
This role has a real generalist remit to it, meaning that you will be involved with recruitment, training, ER, and managing the HR database. This will give you the opportunity to devleop your skills in these key areas and play an integral role in employee engagement, talent acquisition, and staff retention.
Alongside the HR responsibilities, this role also involves EA duties such as supporting the SLT with diary management, arranging travel, and taking minutes. This is a great way to develop your stakeholder management skills.
Alongside the salary, this role also offers 23 days holiday, life insurance, cycle to work, and season ticket loans. This is a full-time role and the working hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5:30 with a 5pm finish on Fridays.
The interview process will involve an online assessment, followed by a video interview and a face to face meeting.
