I am currently partnering with a fast growing international game developer who are looking to bring onboard a bright and enthusiast HR and Culture Advisor to join their UK&I team in Cornwall.

Acting as the first point of contact for all HR queries, you will be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle within the organization.
Working closely with the operations manager, you will also have the opportunity to implement your own ideas within the business, shaping the company culture and values, and truly having an impact in helping the business succeed in their mission to establish themselves as one of the most successful game studios in the UK.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience within an HR capacity and will demonstrate autonomy and confidence in a fast-paced, tech-driven, commercial environment.
To excel in this opportunity, you will have a track record in generating contracts, managing inductions, hiring-to-retiring. You will also be highly involved in all recruitment campaigns, managing communications and providing end to end support and guidance to the internal stakeholders. Most importantly, you will be a committed, forward thinking partner to the business with excellent attention to detail.
