Frazer Jones is now partnering with a reputable tech recruitment company to source a HR & Compensation Manager on a permanent basis. They are passionate about changing the face of the recruitment industry by cultivating a friendly, collaborative, and high-performance environment.

As their HR & Compensation Manager, you'll be responsible for the curation and delivery of data to assist their People Partners make informed decisions whilst managing their People Services team to deliver a great day-to-day service

Duties will include:

  • Ensure all employees have a consistently great onboarding and induction experience
  • Provide advice, education, and coaching on employee relations issues to ensure compliance and legal requirements
  • Provide high quality compensation intelligence, analysis, and oversight to ensure a fair and consistent application of pay and reward across the business is maintained
  • Take responsibility for ensuring data within the people team is accurate and of a high quality

To be considered, you must possess a good understanding of Compensation and Benefits including Salary Benchmarking and designing commission schemes with a strong knowledge of HR automation and reporting tools such as Bamboo HR, Zapier or Microsoft Excel.

In return, you will receive up to £45,000 per annum plus excellent benefits with Hybrid working and career progression.
