Are you a People Analyst with experience of complex reporting? This investment bank is seeking a HR Analyst to assist with gender pay gap, regulatory and other reports. This is a one year, fixed-term contract in the City of London, with the possibility of extension.
You will provide regular HR reports, including gender pay gap reporting and regulatory reporting to several financial institutions. You will analyse data and present it to the business. You will work with the Compliance manager to support with vendor management and outsourcing contracts.
You'll need two to three years experience working with financial services or professional services. You must have strong analytical skills and intermediate to advanced Excel, including pivot tables and vlookups. You must be comfortable dealing with large data sets and be able to work hard to make data tell a story. You'll need to hit the ground running and get stuck in from day one.
