As an Onboarding Analyst, you will play a crucial role within the business and be responsible for the logistics and execution of the pre-hire onboarding process by acting as a strategic partner and liaising closely with the talent team. You will act as the point of contact for new hires by communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to exciting HR projects and internal technologies and find new methods to continuously enhance and improve systems and processes to create a streamline and improved approach to your work.
Essential: The suitable candidate should have experience operating within the Recruitment / Talent Acquisition field and demonstrate the ability to work with various stakeholders. You should have excellent interpersonal skills and know how to multitask effectively. As a collaborative team player, you should also be passionate about driving new processes and thrive working in a fast-paced working environment that constantly finds ways to improve.
