A global media company is entering an exciting time, having recently made a large number of acquisitions. They are seeking an HR Data Analyst to assist them in analysing the people data from this M&A activity, in a project that will last for at least 3 months.
You will pull data from multiple sources, and analyse, redact and present it to senior stakeholders. You will need advanced Excel skills in addition to excellent presentation skills, and will need to be able to foresee how stakeholders will need the data presented so that it is easily readable and tells a clear story. You will also assist with some of the data side of their Reward function.
You will bring several years' experience in analysing HR or Reward Data so that you can have an immediate impact. Your ability to communicate complex data insights in a clear and concise way will be heavily relied upon by the business. You will have a degree of autonomy and must be happy to work with minimal supervision.
