I have partnered with an internationally recognised oil & gas organisation in central London, in their search for two HR Analysts. These are interim roles for 12 months, paying £17 per hour.
You will be involved in a variety of HR aspects, such as salary reviews, compensation & benefits, and global mobility. This will give you a broad remit of responsibility and allow you to gain valuable experience in an incredibly diverse organisation.
You will be supporting with salary proposals, reviews, and performance management. This will allow you to play a valuable role in the organisation and build strong relationships with your peers.
Additionally, you will be working closely with the Comp & Bens team in supporting with business development, benchmarking, and comparing data from external providers. This is a really interesting and significant area of HR, and you will have the opportunity to be part of it!
With global mobility, you will be working closely with the HR Operations team as well as the Global Resourcing team. This will allow you to collaborate effectively with different members of the organisation, and understand how international organisations operate.
