This part-time HR Advisor (up to SGD $72,000) will work within a high-energy and engaged business, facing off to senior managers and providing a proactive HR service in an employee driven business. If based from Singapore this person will need to be creative in engaging with their client base remotely.

This is a global firm that is very passionate about it's people and HR are highly regarded and seen as an enabler and are not process and policy driven - so you will need to be prepared to think outside the box, develop best practice and drive an innovative HR team. As such your role will be to network closely with your population to identify opportunities to further offer support and ensure employee welfare and engagement needs are met.
This is a role where you will play a key part in employee events and projects. For recruitment, you will drive headcount planning and undertake the HR interviews which the recruitment teams will support on.
They have operational support in place, so your role will be more people and local and reginal projects driven managing the needs of your diverse client groups. There is a new online HR system being embedded and this person will manage the change required for this. This is a culturally diverse organisation so you will be open to working with people from across the globe.
Projects you will drive: Positive health & wellbeing, diversity, engagement and a new HR system, employer branding & graduate recruitment
Essential: The right attitude! You will be engaging, a fast-learner, an outside the box thinker and come with potential to progress. Someone with high emotional intelligence and empathy is a must, as is a consultative approach.

Location: Singapore or Hong Kong, with a client group purely Hong Kong based. You will need to meet with key stakeholders initially and work and engage with the business remotely if Singapore based.
Language: Mandarin or Cantonese speaker is highly desirable
