My client, a leading construction company based in Newcastle, are seeking an experienced HR Advisor on a 12 month FTC.
The HR Advisor will provide telephone based ER advice to Line Managers UK wide. They will work closely with Human Resourcing Business Partner and Employee Relations Partner community to provide pragmatic advice and solutions in Employee Relation situations. They will work in line with current UK legislation to minimise and effectively manage business risk. They will have a proactive approach to advice and guidance, coaching and developing line managers in best practice, identifying trends in the business and working with the HR Community to constantly improve HR Delivery in support of the UK business objectives.
The ideal candidate will be CIPD qualified with experience within a similar sector. The vast majority of the role will involve managing complex ER cases so the ab Any Trade Union experience is also desirable.
