Our client, an International Law Firm, are looking to bring on board a HR Advisor with business partnering experience to support their ICM, Dispute Resolution and Corporate functions in Hong Kong. The role will report into the Head of HR and work alongside a small team of Advisors who are supported by a HR Admin team.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Headcount and Business Planning
- Recruitment - partnering with the Recruitment team
- Employee Development from onboarding, working with L&D to managing client and inter-office secondments
- Employee Relations
- Perfomance and Salary/bonus review processes
- Exits and Retention
The role also offers the opportunity to work on projects that could be Asia or Global in nature and a true client facing advisory role.
Our client is interested in speaking to candidates that have experience of operating at an advisory level in a blue-chip or professional services organisation where HR has been an effective business partner. Good all round generalist experience would be benefical as the ability to gain credibility with Partners and Senior Managers through your ability to influence. You will need to be numeric, know how to prioritise effectively and have great attention to detail. You should also possess an undergraduate degree, speak fluent English and Cantonese/Mandarin would be benefical but not critical.
