This financial services organisation is recognised for it's progressive culture as they have shifted toward an agile, flexible workplace over the recent years. Supporting a Senior HRBP and responsible for the legal, risk, compliance, finance and IT client groups, the HR Consultant will focus on the following key priorities:
- Case management
- Supporting structural changes
- Manager coaching
- Talent and succession planning
- Projects and process improvement
The ideal candidate has strong Australian ER and OD experience from a corporate setting (ideally financial services) and is comfortable working in a Centres of Excellence model. Proactive relationship building skills are critical for success in the role.
