I am partnering with a global business based in Bristol who are looking for an HR Advisor on a 9 month FTC.
Sitting within a team of 12 and reporting into the Associate Director of HR, this position will work with management teams to deliver advice and support to uphold operational excellence. You will identify local business needs and seek support from the COE where needed, operationally this will include: all ER matters, co-delivering training and development, and a wide range of HR generalist activities. You will also be supporting the delivery of projects and programmes on a local basis.
Your experience will have been gained within a private sector/corporate environment with strong experience at HR Advisor level across all generalist HR areas. As this is an FTC, you will need to hit the ground running, be flexible and resilient, with the ability to work independently and communicate at all levels. There will be some travel within the UK to other office locations.
First stage interviews are being held in Bristol on Thursday 29th August.
