About Our Client

Our client is a start-up in the internet/tech industry and their business has been growing steadily since their inception in 2013. They have grown into a sizeable business which is highly profitable and is currently in the midst of expansion. They are looking for a HR Advisor to join them as part of their growth journey and they are looking for passionate up and coming HR professionals to be part of their team.

Job Description

You will be part of a team responsible for HR operational excellence, providing the support to a headcount of close to 100 people over in Singapore. You will be exposed to the end to end HR operations and delivery and this role will play a pivotal position in the HR projects that they will be rolling out across the region. Additionally, you will be responsible for being a brand ambassador and to help further shape the culture and employee engagement activities. In this role, you will report into the Senior HR Manager.

The Successful Applicant

You should possess approximately 2-3 years of HRBP/Generalist experience, equipped with a degree in Human Resources or its equivalence. They are looking for vibrant and outgoing individuals who are highly proactive and have a keen sense to learn. They are open to train this individual and hence you should be someone who has a high learning agility and take the initiative to do more. The ideal candidate should come with strong communication skills, able to engage stakeholders and the maturity to engage employees across all levels.
