I have partnered with a dynamic, highly reputable retail brand in their search for an HR Advisor.
This is an interim role for 3 months, and it is paying £28-33,000. The office is based in North West London.
Being part of the Generalist HR team, it will give you the opportunity to get involved in both projects and day to day activities.
They are currently in the process of implementing a new HR system, so you will play an integral part in reviewing data, updating processes and practices, and adhering to best practice with regards to compliance. This will give you the opportunity to take ownership of a really important project and add value to both your role and the wider organisation, making a positive impact in your work.
Additionally, you will be updating the staff handbook and being the main point of contact amongst colleagues with regards to policies and procedures. This will allow you to fully immerse yourself in the organisation and be at the forefront of HR.
