This well-established and highly regarded global organisation based in central London are looking for an HR Advisor to join their team on a permanent basis. You will be working closely and building relationships with experts in the field and making decisions that will have a hugely positive impact for the organisation.

This is one of the most recognised and respected organisations within the not-for-profit arena, and are therefore looking for someone who shares the same values as them to join the team.

Not only will you be taking full ownership of HR support, you will also be working closely with hiring managers in advising and coaching them on issues and processes, leading on best practice, and managing the administrative process through an HR Information System.

You will also be leading on ER cases such as lateness, absence, and sickness, as well as handling disciplinary and grievances under minimal supervision. Additionally, there will be some payroll to get involved with. This is a fantastic opportunity to get involved in all aspects of HR and be able to work autonomously. You will sit with and work closely with the HR and Recruitment team, allowing you to develop your knowledge and make a valuable contribution to the HR function.
