A specialist commercial insurance provider for clients within the Lloyd's and company markets are looking to recruit a HR Advisor for their London office. The HR team all sit within London and has overall responsibility for all HR matters for c500 employees across EMEA and Asia.
This HR Advisor position will provide a HR professional with excellent international exposure where you will provide high quality coaching and HR advisory services to employees and managers in order to optimise the employee experience. This is all an all-encompassing HR generalist role where you will work with the HR Business Partner's to provide advice and support managers across a range of Employee Relations issues.
To be successful within this role you will need demonstrable experience of managing your own Employee Relations case load end to end including experience of managing disciplinary processes, dismissals, absence management and settlement agreements. Experience of working within a global business would be highly desirable.
