About The Role
We are delighted to be partnering with a leading global brokerage firm in their search for a stand-alone HR Advisor. Based in Sydney with a client group of around 120 employees, this role works closely with the regional APAC HR Team in a busy and demanding environment.
This is a hands-on role reporting to the Head of HR based in Hong Kong. Managing the day to day aspects of HR and being the first point of contact for all HR related matters. Responsibilities will include:
- Providing employee relations advice and support
- Managing the employee lifecycle including drafting of employment contracts
- Facilitate the onboarding and offboarding processes as required
- Keeping HR and other reports up to date
- Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a HR Advisor with excellent communication, attention to detail and organisation skills with the ability to work autonomously. Previous experience in Employee Relations is beneficial for this role.
