We are delighted to be partnering with a scaling B2B technology organisation to hire an HR Advisor to join the London based business and support with their exciting growth plans. The role will work closely with the CFO and have a fantastic opportunity to develop as a key HR partner.
Due to the significant growth plans of the organisation the first 6-12 months of the role will have a strong focus on managing the end-to-end recruitment process from planning and implementing recruitment campaigns, sourcing and screening candidates through to the offer and onboarding stage. Alongside Talent Acquisition the HR Advisor will also be responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle including issuing contracts, onboarding and offboarding and payroll administration (via Xero) and will be the first point of contact for any employee related queries and ER issues.
Suitable candidates will have excellent recruitment experience and have wider HR exposure through either a generalist position or CPID qualification. The client is open to considering Talent Acquisition professionals with internal or agency experience. Exposure to a tech-driven organisation and proven experience hiring technical technology roles will be preferred.
