You will play an integral role in the on-boarding and induction process, making sure that both new starters and current employees can approach you for advice and queries. You will liaise with senior managers when it comes to disciplinary and grievances, as well as Occupational Health professionals. You will also manage any employment changes and be responsible for updating staff records. You will also be responsible for your own ER cases, giving you the chance to expand your knowledge and exposure in employee relations.
