Are you an HR Advisor looking to progress your career within a pacey and commercial organisation? My client, a global entertainment brand is currently looking for an HR Advisor to join their team!
The brand, established in 1811 as a music and instrumental shop in London has now grown to be one of the most recognised players in the entertainment industry. Ensuring they have the best resources to excel, they are looking for a true HR generalist to join the team, supporting on all aspects of HR.
With over 3,000 employees accross various key locations, you will be responsible for supporting the HR Business Partner across two key divisions of the brand across the UK and EMEA. You will own the full employee lifecycle, responsible for starters and the onboarding process as well as the leavers process and ensuring the database is maintained with all changes.
Proactively building relationships as you go, learning what each department needs to succeed will allow you to offer advise around HR policies and procedures to the management team. Supporting with employee relations, you will be the first point of contact for any HR queries as well as giving advice and guidance to managers on various cases, supporting with more complex ER matters including restructures/ redundancies.
Ensuring the team are equipped to do the best job they can is part of the company ethos, with this being the case you will support with the L&D offering and assist with the planning and facilitation of training across UK and Europe.
Experience with the above as well as projects such as GDPR, annual salary reviews and general reporting and analytical skills will set you up well for this role. Ideally candidates will be currently in an HR Advisor role or have similar duties to those above.
