HR Advisor - London
Are you looking to expand your HR experience in a reputable Financial Services firm?
We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor, to be a key component of the HR team. You will be working closely with the senior HR team providing crucial advice to the wider business across different functions including Employee Relations, Client Management and Project Work.
As a knowledgeable HR Advisor you will have excellent organisational skills with an eye for detail and a big part of your role will be to provide vital support to business leaders. You will be responsible for confidently managing stakeholder relationships and being seen as a subject matter expert for the HR team.
As an important part of the HR team you will be the go-to-person for best practice. You will also be analysing data across the HR functions to identify needs and solutions ahead of time and creating regular reports to feedback findings, therefore you will need to be proficient in Excel and other Microsoft packages.
This role is paying between £30-40K depending on experience, with generous holiday allowance.
