I am working with a well-known Professional Services Firm in Bristol who are actively recruiting for an HR Advisor to join their busy HR function. The HR Department is going though a period of change due to growth making this a very exciting time to be joining them. The organisation is focused on collaborative working and team work. They are forward thinking with ambitious growth plans and pride themselves on their culture and services they provide.
As the HR Advisor you will provide all HR advice to colleagues and managers across the business. This will include conducting maternity, paternity and flexible working requests. Dealing with absence management, Employee Relation case work, conducting probation reviews, dealing with HR inductions and on boarding and being the first point of contact for all HR advice and guidance.
This role covers 2 main sites and you will be required to travel fortnightly.
To be successful in this role you will need to be working at a similar level within an advisory capacity ideally within Professional Services. You will be a proactive team player with effective written and verbal communication skills, be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and have the ability to engage and influence at all levels. My client is looking for someone who is degree educated or holds a minimum of CIPD Level 5.
