I am supporting a highly reputable business services company, in their search for an HR Advisor. This is a permanent role in West London (zone 3), paying £35-39,000.
Working alongside a team of Advisors and working closely with the Business Partners, you will be getting involved with performance reviews, salary reviews, talent pipelining, and a variety of projects.
While there is a focus on ER, this is more to do with talent management and succession planning rather than day to day casework. This will allow you to take on a more strategic approach to ER and develop the necessary skills to become a successful BP.
On top of the base salary, this role also offers 27 days' holiday, parking onsite, private pension, and some agile working. This is a full-time role, so the working hours are Monday to Friday, 9-5.
The interview process will involve a call with the Recruitment team, followed by two face to face stages.
