Leading provider of a wide range of services to the Australian community is looking for a HR Advisor/Junior HR BP due to continued success.
Reporting to the HR Director and supporting a Sydney based client group, the HR Advisor/Junior HRBP will be responsible for providing a broad range of HR advice to stakeholders both in the corporate Head Office and to managers working within the care sector.
Key aspects of this role will include:
High volume campaigns as well as one-off roles.
Sourcing new talent via networking, social media, advertising, referrals and building relationships with trusted agency partners
Short-listing applications, interviews and managing the offer process.
Developing annual workforce plan
Being the first point of contact for your client group and providing trusted HR advice.
Providing advice on a range of employee relations matters and disciplinary issues
Being the expert for interpretation of the Award
Supporting the Head of L&D with training programmes
You will ideally have a HR generalist background that has included transnational recruitment. you'll be familiar with HR processes and will have some knowledge of Employment legislation. Ad advantage but not essential would be some experience in the community services/disability services/aged care sectors.
