- Update and create job descriptions
- Oversee OH&S, L&D, and performance initiatives
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Advise management and employees on company policy in line with NSW regulations
- 4+ years' experience in a formal HR role
- Tertiary qualification in HR or related field
